OFFICE ASSISTANT
We are looking for a full-time office assistant to support our office’s day-to-day operations and provide clerical help to our team members. The ideal candidate for this position is organized, dependable, and has a strong attention to detail. You will have an integral role in the internal communication between team members, organization of office activities, and other office tasks. In addition, you will be expected to be proactive in assisting our team with a wide range of tasks to ensure our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, emails, and greeting visitors
- Opening and distributing mail to appropriate team members
- Filing and scanning tenant- and property-related documents
- Organizing and checking in/out keys
- Recording and ordering office supplies
Requirements and Qualifications:
- REQUIRED: Associate degree
- PREFERRED: 1-2 years of office experience
- PREFERRED: 1-2 years of customer service experience
- REQUIRED: Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- REQUIRED: Proficiency in written and verbal English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements and Working Condition:
Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.
